Working with Children’s Check

Under the Working with Children Act 2005 (the Act),  people who are doing child-related work and who are not exempt need a Check.  This applies to both paid and volunteer workers.

All Coaches, Team Managers, Referees, Officials and Volunteers at CBA over the age of 18 are required to have a valid WWC linked to CBA.  Valid WWC details are to be supplied to the CBA Administrator (Dean Shelley) prior to any activity involved children is undertaken.
