CBA are committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of all members and participants and are dedicated to providing a safe environment for all participating in the sport of basketball.

In addition to CBA's CP Policy and Reporting process, CBA works in conjunction with Basketball Australia's Member Protection Policy, Basketball Victoria's Member Protection By-Laws and the relevant Government Authority policies, procedures and Acts (including but not limited to the Child, Youth and Families Act 2005 (Vic) (Child, Youth and Families Regulations 2017).
